Your First Visit:
Generally, the first visit will include a thorough examination and necessary x-rays for proper diagnosis, followed bya consultation of your dental needs (unless you have a particular dental problem requiring immediate attention). Treatment costs will be discussed, and financial arrangements can be made.
Following your call to set up an appointment, we will be mailing you some information. Please complete both sides of th enclosed health questionnaire and bring it with you for your first visit. Also, if you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card.
